9 Ingredients












  • 6 Coles Australian Free Range Egg whites










  • 1/2 tsp cream of tartar










  • 1 cup (220g) caster sugar










  • 1/2 cup (110g) brown sugar










  • 1 tbsp cornflour










  • 720g Gippsland Dairy Blueberry Twist Yogurt










  • 1 Granny Smith apple, thinly sliced crossways










  • Fresh or frozen blackberries, to serve










  • Mint leaves, to serve









  • Select all ingredients










3 Method Steps






  • Preheat oven to 100°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Use an electric mixer to beat the egg whites and cream of tartar in a clean, dry bowl until firm peaks form. Add the combined sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, beating well after each addition until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is thick and glossy. Beat in the cornflour.





  • Use a large metal spoon to spoon the mixture onto the lined tray. Bake for 1 1/2 hours or until dry to the touch. Turn oven off. Leave pavlova in oven, with the door ajar, for 2 hours to cool completely.





  • Place pavlova on a serving plate. Spoon over the yoghurt. Top with apple, blackberries and mint.
