  • 250g plain digestive biscuits










  • 80g unsalted butter, melted










  • 80ml (1/3 cup) store-bought caramel sauce










  • 300g ctn double cream










  • 250ml (1 cup) thickened cream



















  • Caster sugar, to sprinkle










  • Chocolate sauce, to drizzle

  • Process biscuits in the bowl of a food processor until finely crushed. Add the butter. Process until combined. Divide half the biscuit mixture among four 250ml (1 cup) jars. Top each with 1 tbs caramel sauce.





  • Use electric beaters to beat the combined creams until firm peaks form.





  • Thinly slice one of the bananas and place against the sides of the jars. Top with half the cream and the remaining biscuit mixture. Drizzle with the remaining caramel sauce.





  • Thickly slice the remaining banana and place on a lined baking tray. Sprinkle with caster sugar. Use a kitchen blowtorch to lightly caramelize the bananas. Top jars with remaining cream. Drizzle with chocolate sauce and top with the caramelized banana.
