  • 150g butter, chopped










  • 180g dark chocolate, chopped










  • 1 cup caster sugar










  • 1/3 cup brown sugar










  • 1/3 cup milk










  • 3 eggs, lightly beaten










  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder










  • 1 1/2 cups plain flour










  • 180g block peanut brittle milk chocolate, chopped










  • 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter










  • 250g packet chocolate cream biscuits










  • Extra 100g dark chocolate, melted










  • 160g packet peanut brittle balls, roughly chopped









  • Select all ingredients










4 Method Steps






  • Preheat oven to 180C/160C fan-forced. Grease a 20cm x 30cm lamington pan. Line base and sides with baking paper, extending paper 2cm above edges of pan on all sides.





  • Place butter, dark chocolate, sugars and milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until melted and smooth. Cool for 10 minutes.
