  • 175g butter, at room temperature, chopped










  • 395g can sweetened condensed milk










  • 60ml (1/4 cup) milk










  • 2 eggs










  • 1 tsp vanilla extract










  • 190g (1 1/4 cups) self-raising flour










  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon










  • 160ml (2/3 cup) Caramel Top ‘N’ Fill or dulce de leche










  • 250ml (1 cup) thickened cream, whipped










  • Icing sugar, to dust









  • Select all ingredients

  • Preheat the oven to 180C/160C fan forced. Grease a 20cm round cake pan. Line the base and side with 2 layers of baking paper.
