8 Ingredients












  • 192g pkt Coles Make At Home Mini Tart Shells*










  • 1 Coles Australian Free Range Egg










  • 2 Coles Australian Free Range Egg yolks










  • 1 tbsp caster sugar










  • 2 tablepsoons thickened cream










  • 2 tbsp milk










  • 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste










  • Icing sugar, to dust









  • Select all ingredients










2 Method Steps






  • Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place the tart shells on the lined tray. Whisk the egg, egg yolks, sugar, cream, milk and vanilla in a small bowl. Strain through a fine sieve into a jug. Divide evenly among the tart shells.





  • Bake for 10-15 mins or until custard is just set. Set aside for 5 mins to cool. Serve warm or at room temperature, dusted with icing sugar.
