  • 2 tsp vanilla extract










  • 2 eggs










  • 1 cup plain flour










  • 1/3 cup self-raising flour










  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder










  • 200g packet chocolate royals biscuits, halved










  • 1 cup vanilla marshmallows, halved










  • 180g milk chocolate, chopped










  • 1/3 cup thickened cream










  • Chocolate royals biscuits, roughly chopped to decorate









  • Select all ingredients










4 Method Steps






  • Preheat oven to 170C/150C fan-forced. Grease a 20cm x 30cm lamington pan. Line base and sides with baking paper, extending paper 2cm above edges of pan on all sides. Place butter, chocolate, sugar, milk and vanilla in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until melted and smooth. Cool for 10 minutes.

  • Place milk chocolate and cream in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH (100%) for 1 minute or until smooth. Cool for 15 minutes. Drizzle over brownie. Decorate with extra biscuits. Cut into pieces. Serve.
