9 Ingredients
1/2 (340g) loaf white bread
75g butter, melted
2 1/2 tbsp honey
1/2 cup thickened cream, whipped
2 Twix bars
1/4 cup honey nut cornflakes, crushed
Ferrero Raffaello balls, to serve
Salted caramel ice-cream, to serve

5 Method Steps
Preheat oven to 180C/160C fan forced. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
Cut off the crust from one end of the loaf (reserve for another use). Use a sharp knife to cut around the inside of the loaf’s crust, leaving a 2cm border. Pull out the inside bread, trying to keep it in one piece. Cut bread into 2-3cm cubes. Place in a bowl.
Pour two-thirds of the melted butter over the bread cubes and toss to coat. Place on a prepared tray. Place hollowed-out loaf, cut side up, on the other tray and brush inside and out with remaining butter. Bake loaf for 6 minutes. Add the bread cube tray to oven and bake together for 12 minutes or until golden and crisp. Set aside to cool.
Reserve 2 tsp honey. Drizzle the loaf with a little honey. Place a third of the bread cubes in the hollowed-out loaf. Drizzle with a little more honey. Repeat with remaining bread cubes and honey.
Top with whipped cream, strawberries, Twix bars, cornflakes, Rafaellos and ice-cream. Drizzle with reserved honey.
