3 Method Steps






  • Preheat oven to 180C/160C fan-forced. Grease a 20cm x 30cm lamington pan. Line base and sides with baking paper, extending paper 2cm above all sides.





  • Using an electric mixer, beat butter, sugars and vanilla for 5 minutes or until light and fluffy. Add egg. Beat until combined. Add flour, cinnamon, baking powder and bicarbonate of soda. Beat for 1 minute or until combined. Stir in chocolate.
